The local experience with this <strong>cable<\/strong> has been much better than that in most other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) This child is surrounded with unfilled cross-linked thermosetting polyethylene insulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) The insulator molecules are bonded on a 3 dimensional network after the polyethylene has undergone vulcanization under high pressure steam, in presence of chemical cross linking agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4) This insulation is then surrounded with <strong>XLPE<\/strong> shield which is further covered with copper shielding tape-lapped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5) All the three cores are wrapped with taped P.V.C inner-sheath which is further wrapped with galvanised steel armour wire. Remaining space is filled with plastic cable fillers.
