The ZGS-DC Hipot Generator Tester is an advanced DC high-voltage testing instrument designed for accurate and reliable insulation testing of electrical equipment. It features high-frequency voltage-doubling technology, PWM pulse width modulation, and dual closed-loop voltage and current feedback for stable output and reduced ripple. Equipped with high-power imported IGBT components and advanced rectifier technology, it offers efficient performance in a compact and lightweight design. Its comprehensive safety features include zero-start protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection, supported by fast-response sensing technology. The instrument also includes an intelligent, high-precision 0.75U1mA testing function, making it suitable for zinc oxide surge arrester testing and other DC high-voltage applications.
Application
- Output voltage stable: Adopts the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and the voltage and current double closed-loop feedback technology. The power supply adjustment rate and load regulation rate are improved, with a small ripple.
- Comprehensive protection: Completed protection functions, like zero protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, breakdown protection, and circuit protection, using a nanosecond special sensor, fast and reliable action, can effectively protect user and equipment safety.
- 0.75U function: add an intelligent, high-precision 0.75U function button. With this button, the voltage and current automatically to the 0.75U state, which is conducive to the zinc oxide arrester test.
- Voltage stepping from zero: boost potentiometer zero boosts, with a multi-circle potentiometer, the boosting process is stable, and high precision adjustment.
- Over-voltage setting: use a digital dial switch, easy to operate, high setting accuracy.
