Discription
1. Testing Capability: The system is designed to meet AC withstand voltage and Partial Discharge (PD) testing requirements for high-voltage electrical equipment, particularly 330 kV / 180 MVA power transformers.
2. Separate Source AC Withstand Voltage Test (Hipot): Provides a rated output voltage of up to 500 kV, suitable for testing the main insulation of 330 kV power transformers, with typical onsite test voltage requirements of 380 kV.
3. Induced Withstand Voltage Test with Partial Discharge Measurement (IVPD): Utilizes frequency doubling technology within the 150–200 Hz range to evaluate inter-turn insulation performance of 180 MVA power transformers while monitoring partial discharge levels of ≤10 pC.
