HYJYX-V Voltage withstand tester for insulated boots-gloves(auto trip)

This instrument is mainly used for conducting AC withstand voltage tests on common electrical insulation tools. The operation box has already preset the test parameters for insulating boots, insulating gloves, insulating pads, insulating suits, aerial work platforms, testers, and other insulation tools in accordance with national standards.

Feature

1. Automatic and efficient: The high-precision motor control voltage regulator is used to increase the voltage. According to the national standard, the test parameters are automatically carried out for the withstand voltage test. After the test starts, the instrument automatically closes the circuit to increase the voltage at the speed required by the national standard. When the preset voltage is reached, the timing begins, and the test voltage is

maintained. When the preset time is reached, the voltage is automatically reduced, and after returning to zero, the power is automatically cut off, indicating the end of the test. At the same time, the leakage current of each test sample is displayed, and the test results are shown.

2. Comprehensive functions: The full english interface, display of working status, simple and clear operation, wide application range; with status display and reminder function, users can clearly understand the status of the equipment; full-color industrial touch screen display operation, all functions can be set through the touch screen, improving the safety and reliability of the product; fully digital adjustment, abandoning the old potentiometer adjustment method, extremely convenient for on-site use; directly set the target voltage, leakage current, and withstand voltage time, flexible application;

3. Intelligent safety protection: With overcurrent and overvoltage protection. The protection is accurate and rapid, effectively ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

4. Automatic tripping: Each test sample has a breaking mechanism. When any one breaks or exceeds the set leakage current value, this test sample will automatically be disconnected from the test, without affecting the other test samples to continue the test.

5. High and low voltage separation: The leakage current uses anti-interference wireless transmission technology to transmit back to the control box, greatly protecting personal safety.

6. Friendly human-machine interface: The instrument uses a 7-inch TFT touch large-screen liquid crystal display, with a large amount of display information, one screen simultaneously displays the test voltage, 8 high-voltage leakage currents, timing time, and Chinese prompt content.
